Why BARDULINI?

Strongly linked to our land, we dedicated our tarallini to “Barduli”, ancient name of our hometown Barletta.

Famous for the beauty of its city centre and for its sandy coast, Barletta represents an important reference point of the Apulian culinary tradition. Thanks to its strategic position, its cooking is the outcome of a perfect fusion between fish and meat dishes.

Our taralli are realised according to the traditional method.
